Can't find style of workbook
 

At the place i used to work at they had a Excel file that would allow people
to open it and type notes and it displayed it kind of like a message board or
forum with the name of the person and the date and time. I'm trying to make
my own file of this type and kind find it anywhere. Any ideas?
