How do i copy only the subtotals inserted into a list?
I have a list that I have inserted subtotals into, with Data, Subtotals. For
instance, a count function that counts the items in a list when the data in the first column changes. Then i only want to copy the subtotal data, only the counts of the first column items. I only need the subtotals (counts) not the detail list. How do i do this? |

Use the outlining symbols to the left to hide the stuff you don't want.
Select the range to copy edit|goto|special select visible cells edit|copy And then select the destination cell and edit|paste. scross88 wrote: I have a list that I have inserted subtotals into, with Data, Subtotals.
