Do you want to convert them to positives?

IF(A1<0,"neg","not neg") will label them

using conditional formatting, you could change the cell font to red

I don't know what you plan to do with the cells once you find them but if you
just want to highligh all cells containing negative figures, you can use
conditional formatting.
1. Select all your columns and/ or rows
2. Go to Format Conditional Formatting
3. Set your conditions. In this case, use Cells Less Than 0
4. Click on Format button and select the colours you want.
