sorting data and expanding the selection
 

I am trying to sort data in colum B using the Z-A function on an imported
data dase,
however the selection is only expanding to coulm S when I click on the Z-A
function,
my data range is B2 : AG28324
any ideas welcome

Hi

The general view on this forum is not to use the A-Z or Z-A buttons - ever!
Manually select the range you want to sort and use Data/Sort.
