Suggestions Suggeston, & Conditional Formatting
 

Would like to see suggestions where tallied, users can promote / demote on a
grander scale, more problems actually be addressed. i.e. Is this suggestion
90% oblivion..
1st submit that (as in/for technical writing) small ideas that change many
people's actions, are very significant, save many hours; expontial,
parallel-productivity...

need option if condition met, then: NOT BOLD, will allow 4th color: (cell
original color / bolded) to be used with other conditions that need bold, but
1 that is out of range, not bold for example: error signals; this will
allow 4th condition to be accurate, with 1 simple modification. thanks
