My Places Icons Move
 

I have My Places bar set up with Folders Titled for the past several
years. For Instance 2001, 2002 and so on through 2006. I arranged them
in order. Occasionally, they get jumbled, with themselves and with the
others in the My Places bar. Does anyone know why this happens and how
to prevent it from happening?
