Problems refreshing internal queries in excel
 

I have simple queries pulling results from within the same workbook onto
different sheets. I get it set up and running good, then save and close.
Each time I reopen the file and wish to refresh the data, it asks for the
database name and location. 1) Why does it need to ask this everytime, and
2) it doesn't recodnize the format and doesn't allow me to refresh. Please
help!!
