File copy

Need help

drv="W" ' Map drive connection to server
src=Drv & ":\Work\Adr.xls"
dstn="C:\Work\Adr.xls"
FileCopy src,dstn

Problem is that file on server "Adr.xls" is open
When I want to copy file "Adr.xls" from server to local computer an error
ocures
File on server is always open

Is there some other command for this action
