Default deleting entire rows with the same cell value in the first column

Hi!
I have an huge table in which there are lots of rows that have the same
value as the one in the row befo

1
1
2
2
2

How can I delete them leaving this way only one row per value without
searching for them and deleting them manualy?

Any help welcome!
