a macro help
 

I am looking for a macro,when I select a sheet name from the list,copy that
sheet datarange a1:d1000 and h30:k50 and paste or load to this sheet.when I
select another sheet that sheet data range a1:d1000 and h30:k50should replace
existing old data.
