Default If function with color or bold face

Supposing I want to give a formula that if a particular cell is 40,
=if(c440)
1) make the color green else let it remain as it is
2) Highlight it in bold face in black itself else let it remain as it is

Kindly let me have the answers for both 1) and 2).

Thanks in advance

Regards

sh
