Rounding up help
I have a somewhat biased rounding up to perform, one decimal place. If the
value at the second decimal place is 5 or <5, increase or decrease value at the first decimal place by 1. Ex., 3.36 to 3.4 and 3.34 to 3.3. When the value is =5, the value should also be incresed by 1. Ex., 3.35 to 3.4. What is the formula one should use? |
