Pivot table question
Hello everybody,
I'm trying to generate a report about our agent performance on our Servicedesk. I have all the data but now I want to make a report out of this with pivot tables. I have the following fields: Agent name, Date, Logged in, Available, Unavailable, Answered calls, Avg talk time, Tickets logged, % Registration, Tickets closed, 1st Contact, % FCR Closed, % FCR Open I have dropped all the fields in the Row Area because this shows me the Logged in, Available etc. like this: Agent Name Date Logged in Available etc. John Doe 19-12-2005 8:30:00 7:31:15 John Doe 20-12-2005 8:15:00 5:59:25 Jane Doe 19-12-2005 8:21:00 7:55:00 Jane Doe 20-12-2005 8:34:00 8:03:00 However, I cannot make any charts if I do it like this. It shows all the data on the X axes. It will not also sum the data per agent. If I only drop Agent Name and Date in the Row Area and the other fields in the Data Area I get this: Agent Name Date Data Total John Doe 19-12-2005 Product of Logged in 8:30:00 Product of Available 7:31:15 etc. 20-12-2005 Product of Logged in 8:15:00 Product of Available 5:59:25 etc. With this view I can make some charts, but this isn't the view I want. I want to have the first view. Is this possible? Thanks in advance. -- Message posted via http://www.officekb.com |
