Default A question about Standard Deviation

I hope I am posting in the right section :)

I have a column of numbers and I need to find 1 standard deviation
above and 1 standard deviation below

I know how to find the normal standard deviation in excel
[STDEV(A1:A100)] but how do I go about finding the 1 above and 1 below?
Is there a forumla for this in excel?

thanks a lot guys
