what formula could I use?

If I have a data from a1:g8 and I want to be able to copy a row of data
to another location, if the row row contains data that meets a certian
criteria, what is the best formula to use? Is this possible. Thanks:)

I don't think a formula is what you are looking for, you could however
use the advanced filter within Excel. Try the Data/Filter/Advanced
Filter menus.
