Copy auto filtered data
 

I have filtered data in two columns which display a specific day of week
and the corresponding date. i.e. the day is sunday. i want to only copy
the day and date from the filtered data and paste it in two
corresponding columns. when i do this it pastes the whole values
(monday to sunday) and i only want to paste the sunday. so when i show
all on the auto filter i have blank cells for the monday to the
saturday and only values in the sunday column. i have attched an image
of what i am looking for - i dont want to have to copy and paste this
individually for 3000 rows!!!!!!!:confused:
