Unhiding Rows
I have accidently hidden rows 1 through to 20 on my spreadsheet and saved the
file. When I opened it I found that I couldn't unhide them by right clicking and selecting 'unhide' as this option wasn't available to me. Can anyone help? |

Go to the center of the top of row 21 at the corner of top row and column A or whatever column is visible. Move your mouse slowly in that area and it should change from a large "PLUS" to something like the following = when you see that, hold the left mouse button down and drag down and it should resize those rows for you. -- wjohnson ------------------------------------------------------------------------ wjohnson's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=29640 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=497317 |

Hi,
None of these suggestions seems to work on Excel 2008 for Mac. Any clues? Thanks, Stefano "Dave Peterson" wrote: Another way: Edit|goto type in A1:A20 format|row|Unhide Struggling of Essex wrote: I have accidently hidden rows 1 through to 20 on my spreadsheet and saved the file. Check to see if you can use Window|Unfreeze panes.
Then scroll to the left if that doesn't work, then try the edit|goto stuff If that doesn't work, then you may want to post in news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...c.office.excel smaruzzi wrote: Hi, None of these suggestions seems to work on Excel 2008 for Mac.
