Why can't I undo forever in Excel like in Word?
When I am working in Word, I can undo as manny actions as I have performed,
as long as I don't save the actions. However, in Excel, I can only go back a few steps. How can I go back in actions like I do in Word? |

You can change the level of undo's in Excel:
xl2k and above XL: How to Modify the Number of Undo Levels http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=211922 xl97 XL97: How to Modify the Number of Undo Levels http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=162944 But lots of things in excel kill the undo stack (running most macros for instance).
