File name
When using "save as" to save a new file I am finding that my software is
saving the file using only the first letter of the name I have typed. ie; typed file name = "snoopy". File will be saved as "s". Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I might fix it? Bill |

There was a post that said: When I disabled compatibility mode the file name problem went away. http://google.com/groups?threadm=020...0a% 40phx.gbl And maybe this will help: HOW TO: Use Windows Program Compatibility Mode in Windows XP http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;292533 Bill Eagle eye wrote: When using "save as" to save a new file I am finding that my software is saving the file using only the first letter of the name I have typed. ie; typed file name = "snoopy".
