If your layout is like this
row with data empty row and so on where the empty rows are truly empty there is an easy fix select the column, press F5, click special, select blanks and click OK, press Ctrl and - (ctrl and minus/hyphen), select entire row and press enter of click OK, done -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Angelica" wrote in message ... Angelica I assume that you have a data row followed by a blank row followed by a data row, etc. To remove the blank rows, sort your rows such that the blank rows are grouped together, then delete them.
