Excel Repeating Stuff

Hi, I have a sheet that come from Lotus 1-2-3. As I enter stuff in cells
both formulas and text at times will end up repeating itself over and over
in the cell.

Any ideas?

format|cells|alignment tab
Change the horizontal dropdown from Fill to something else (General??)
