Hello I want formula for changing "Smith Jhon" to "Jhon Smith" . The
name & surname is in same column.
Can any one please advice me ?

Assuming the name is in cell A1, try:
=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(" ",A1))&" "&LEFT(A1,FIND(" ",A1)-1)
