Protect formatting & formula
 

I need to protect the formatting & formula in each cell to avoid accidental
changes during update by different users. However, if I protect them, any
new row creation and deletion are disable. Is there any way resolve it?
Especially, when create a row, how can all formatting and formula to create
automatically for the new row?
