I tried that, all it does it let me move it to another location, but I'm
still stuck with the check box.

r-click, when it is surrounded by resizing lines, hit the delete key

that has also worked for me.

If that doesn't work.... move it to cell ZZZZZZ99999999 and tell it to get
a job ;)
