Can somebody help me to create offline cubes
 

I have 10 sheets with more than 65,000 rows on each sheet. I wish to combine
this data to run a pivot table which I am unable to do.
Someone suggested that i convert this to an offline cube and run a pivot on
the same. However, when i try to convert this to a cube I am repeatedly
getting the following error

"Syntax error in FROM clause"

Can you somebody help me out with the following
1) How do I overcome this error?

2) Is there anyway of combing the above mentioned data to run pivot operation
