MACRO with Active X

I am trying to run an macro that has worked fine but is now causing an
error. I load the macro and then it prompts that Active X Controls are
going to be installed, asks if I trust the source.(This never happened
before). When I click YES, then the following error occurs:

System Error &H80004005 (-2147467259). Unspecified Error.

Any help would !!!
