import 1000 webs to Explorer from Excel.

I need to import 1000 webs to Explorer from Excel 2000. I have 1 column with
the URl and another with some comments.In Explorer 7, I import and doesnt
recognize the XLS file with the URL´s (its not a HTML file). Will it import
the column with the comments/type of web (its important, too)? Any
suggestions?
