Exception Occurred excel form vba
 

Hi,

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me on this one.

I am getting the error "exception occurred" when I try to input
anything onto a Form that is called from a MS Excel SS.

The form is a simple 4 text fields and 4 integer fields.

There isn't any code specifically on the form, only under the "ok"
button on the form.

any ideas would be appreciated.
