Default Filtering Data in Excel 2003

When doing an Auto Filter in Excel 2003 the top choice is no longer All
in a column that has not been been sorted. The first 2 choices are now
sort ascending and sort descending. The 3rd choice being All. How do
I remove the sort choices, or at least move them?

This is new feature with Excel 2003.

I don't believe you can remove or move the sort choices from that dialog.
