I have a workbook with multiple sheets. All sheets are set to print grid
lines but 1 will not, it prints without grid lines even though the
preview shows lines. All other sheets print with lines OK. I have
checked every setting I can think of. Any suggestions where to look.

Hi,

Go to the sheet that doesn't print the gridlines. Click on the top left hand
side corner the page (the gray rectangle above Row 1 and at the left of
Column A); this action will select the ENTIRE sheet. Then,

"Format" -- "Cells" -- click on "Border" Tab, select Line Style and Color
to match the rest of the sheets, and under "Presets", select the buttons
"Outline" and "Inside"-- "OK"

Regards,
B. R. Ramachandran

Check that the gridline colors are not mis-set
Check that the cell background colors are not covering the gridlines

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately while the Border Tab will allow a
change in settings it does not display what the settings currently are
(from what I see). Is there a way in VBA to display all of the
setting/properties of a window? How could I find these settings in VBA
help?
Thanks

Hi,

The "Style", "Color", and the Preview Diagram (the rectangular area by the
side of "Border" containing 'Text' in 4 places) in the Border Tab do tell you
the current settings.

See what those settings are for a page that prints out correctly (i.e., with
the gridlines) and choose the same settings for the page that doesn't print
out correctly.
