Default macro to automise the task

I have a workbook contains 257 sheets of which 255 sheets are database
sheets,1 data download sheet and other one is query/report sheet.Everyday I
download a page (in excel format) from net (to data download sheet),contains
around 3000 records(3000 rows),from which I select 255 records and manually
updates my workbook(copy and paste). This takes about 2 to 3 hours for me to
update my workbook.my 255 sheet names are cloumn 'A' values of downloaded
page, and all column headings of my worksheets matches with col.headings of
downloaded page.In short I am matching each of my sheetname with col A:A of
data download sheet and copying that row values and pasting them in my
worksheet(last row). After updating all of my 255 sheets,I delete contents of
data download sheet for tomarrows download. Can this task be automised through
a macro, which will help a great.I am giving an example below
downloaded page(sheet):
company name. prclose open high low close totalval totalqty date
RIL 614 615 618 611 617 123456 25416
30NOV2005
CIPLA 265 266 268 258 263 325644 18254
30NOV2005

My workbook/RIL sheet
date open high low close
26 29NOV2005 611 618 610 614 (this is my last row)
27 (this row values are to be updated, copy from above sheet and pasting)

RIL/CIPLA/GLAXO(these are sheet names)
