Using the MSNStockQuote.function excel 2002 how do excel 2003

SNStockQuote.Functions.MSNStockQuote($B5,"Last Price","US") that shows #NAME
to work?

When converting from MS Excell 2002 the stock quote function doesn't work.
I have installed the 2003 stock quote download and checked in Research.
smart tag turned on on autocorrect but it doesn't seem to work
