How do you turn off pivot table auto format in Excel?
I have tried this and it does not get me back to the original format. I want
to return to the format with the data elements listed in row mode instead of across columns. How do you turn off pivot table auto format in Excel?
Apply one of the Table AutoFormats first, e.g. Table 8.
Then apply the PivotTable Classic AutoFormat You may have to rearrange some of the fields manually, if it doesn't return to the layout that you want. srudd wrote: I have tried this and it does not get me back to the original format.
