EXCEL 2000 & EXCEL XP Compatability

We were just given an EXCEL file created in XP and now the end user customer
wants it in EXCEL 2000.
Are there any known issues regarding these two versions working together. We
know there are many problems with Word and PowerPoint 2000 & XP working
together.

Please help !!!!!!!
