Can the header margins be changed in excel

I have a picture header that I want to insert into excel, but I want it to go
to each page width edge. I do not want to change the rest of the page width
just the header width so that it prints the whole picture insert

Header/Footer margins are fixed at approx. 3/4 inch.

There is no way to change this setting.

Work-around is to "pad" the headers and footers with spaces.

You can move them inwards this way, but not outwards.
