Pivot Query
follow up to the last question -- when I save a SQL linked query from excel
pivot table how do I modify the query that the pivot is linked too? I've used the DataImport External DataNew Query then opened the old saved one, changed it but my tables don't see the change. Is it possible to modify the query once the table is created? |

I routinely setup by PT to pull from Oracle tables. Using the "Back" button in the wizrad I can modify the SQL in MSQuery.
note: When I first create PTs I use connect to "External Data Source" and select the required ODBC driver. |
