Excel 2003 Error Cannot Locate the Internet Server or Proxy Server
 

I intalled SP2 from Microsoft. Now my hyperlinks do not work. I get an
error Cannot locate the Internet Server or Proxy Server. I re-entered my
hyperlinks still doesn't work. I have cable and Internet works fine, but not
from Excel.
