Excel 2003 Inserted pictures formatted in PNG format.
 

When inserting a picture into a spreadsheet in Excel 2003 it is converted to
a PNG format. This is fine except Excel 2000 doesn't appear to be able to
view or render a PNG file. I don't see where to disable this in configurtion
