How to get data
 

Is there a way to get / paste actual data to a cell, and which command to
use. Would guesse something like Vlookup, but not sure how. Things trying
to do:

-have 2 columns, want to know if 2nd sheets have additional values not in
1st sheet.
and want to append those items.
-would like to have updated info taken from col2 of 2nd sheet, to original /
main 1st sheet. Thanks in advance.
