Pack data columns into one serie only
 

Hi,
I have data for different years, where each row represents one year, 1
column for each month.
A perfect sample is the archive for this ng:

I want a graph showing data from the table at the bottom page, since
jan 1997 to nowadays,
with ONE serie only.
I can easily save the data into a text file and then import it into
excel.
But I still have the rows/column problem. I want to avoid copy each
month data into the same column, before design the graph.

How is that possible?
Hope my question is clear.
