can anybody suggest the best way to use office for this purpose

i need to set up a songlist for my karaoke please help
 

Start with something very easy and add to it as your needs grow

1. How about a sequence number in column A
2. Song title in column B
3, Original artist in column C
4, Length of song in column D ( min:sec)
5. Style in column E ( R&B Oldies, 90's, etc.)
6. Track location in column F
