Upgrades
 

After downloding the new upgrades from the web site, I cannot open my Excel.
I keep getting the message: Preparing to instal... followed by a series of
errors. I do have Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003.
If I do go into "Help and Support Center" and run the wizard, I'm able to
open the files in Excel but once I close the program, I'm back to "Preparing
to instal..."
Any suggestions?

I think completely uninstalling and reinstalling Office is worth a shot.
