extract name when a date in another cell gets near

Can someone help please

this is how the database looks

A B C D E F
G H
1 Surname First Formal Driving Ass OTDR Interim
2 Earliest Latest Earliest Latest Earliest Latest
3 Anyone A 18/05/05 17/11/05 18/05/05 17/11/05 18/11/05
17/05/06
4 18/06/05 20/01/06
etc with other names

A3/A4 HOLD NAME IN MERGED CELL, COMPLETION DATES ENTERED ARE SAME c4/d4 etc

Now a date is placed in row 4 when the assessment was completed, as
you can see under OTDR there is no completion date entered and the 17th
November is getting close (within 45 days of latest date) so what i would
like is on a different sheet the name and the assessment (in this case otdr)
to go on a list but there could be more than 1 assessment needed for the
same person (it would be ok if name appears twice in list with appropriate
assessment). Then i could print list off so i know who needs to be assessed.

Now this next bit could be complicated, in addition to the above, on the left
of the list i would like names and assessments within 7 days to be completed
and on the right, names and ass within 45 days to be completed but not
appearing here if the same name and assessment is on the left side

Hope someone can help

Take a look at Data Filter AutoFilter...........and play around with the
"custom" criteria, such as "greater than" or "less than" etc..........should
give you something similar to what you're looking for...........post back if
you have difficulties with it.
