Merging
Hi
If i have information in cell a1 & b1 is there any way to merge the two cells and keep all info, in other words just a normal cell merge but instead of just retaining the info must upper left it retains all info? any help greatly appreciated. Alan |

Alan, you could use a formula in another cell and put the two cells
together, then paste special valves, something like this =A1&B1 or =A1&" "&B1 -- Paul B Always backup your data before trying something new Please post any response to the newsgroups so others can benefit from it Feedback on answers is always appreciated! Thanks Paul but i cant get it to work (probably me doing something wrong actually) i have the word 'Red' in A1, the word 'Blue' in B1 and want the words' Red Blue' to appear in C1 but just cant get it to work at all am i just being a bit thick? You may want to try Paul's suggestion once more.
Or post what you tried and what happened when you tried it.
