Using Windows Explorer, rename the text file so that it has a 'txt'
extension. For example, change 'MyFile.csv' to 'MyFile.txt'.
Now when you open it, the Text Import Wizard will appear and you can tell
Excel that the column that has 'exponentials' is really TEXT.
