Horizontal Scoll bar
 

I have read the answers about the horizontal scroll bar, but I don't want to
have to resize it each time I open a worksheet. How do I set it so that it
shows at all times. It is checked in the tools-options-view page. Everytime
I open a new spreadsheet I have to start over and re-size manually. Thanks
for your help.
