Does anyone know how to use Excel (or another MS Office product) to create
nomographs?

You can use the plotting tools to create an x-y chart for most functions.
Pukk-down Insert Chart.

You will soon discover that the trick is to get sufficient sub-divisions of
the x and y axis to make the chart useful.

Consider plotting on paper that is already graph paper.
