Inser a page number in MS Excel
 

I have list of name with their Contribution , i want to sub -total after
every Page that why i want to enter page no before each name . Pleese help
me ?

Use the Subtotals command on the Data menu and check the box that says Page
Break betwen Groups. You can then set the Page Number in the Custom Header or
Footer section of Page Setup using the 2nd button from left
