can put comment in formula line?

Thanks for any help.
I was wondering if I could put a comment in the same line as a formula.
Something like:
=41500+32000 'this is reserve plus commission
or
=41500+3200 !this is reserve plus commission
or whatever the comment character is, if there is one.
