synchronizing the years for multiple dates
 

In a new column, add

=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(A1),DAY(A1))

copy down, then copy and pastespecial as values and delete the original
column of dates

It's a long list of different dates all needing the 2005 as their current
year. Retyping isn't an option.
